South Carolina Gamecocks Set Kickoff Times for 2026 Season

The South Carolina Gamecocks have announced their kickoff times for the 2026 football season, revealing an exciting schedule for fans. Head coach Shane Beamer will lead the Gamecocks as they kick off their season with three consecutive home games at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia. The first game is against Kent State on September 5 at 12:45 p.m., followed by a matchup with Towson at 7 p.m. on September 12, and a game against Mississippi State at 4:15 p.m. on September 19. The Gamecocks are expected to play six night games this season, with three of those at home. Notably, South Carolina will face Alabama in a night game, with the exact time still to be determined. The SEC has also designated several games as 'Flex' matchups, meaning kickoff times could change based on television scheduling. These include games against Kentucky, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Georgia. The highly anticipated rivalry game against Clemson will also have its kickoff time announced later, as it is controlled by the ACC. After a challenging 2025 season, where the Gamecocks finished with a 4-8 record, fans are eager to see how the team will perform in 2026. With a mix of afternoon and night games, the upcoming season promises to be exciting for the South Carolina Gamecocks and their supporters.
